I am a real estate consultant specializing in residential sales, comprehensive renovations, and advice on real estate investment, with a technical and strategic approach throughout the entire process, from asset valuation to value enhancement and marketing. I work in Madrid (capital and northwest area), Málaga, Dominican Republic and Miami, supporting property owners and investors in making patrimonial decisions based on profitability and market criteria. I have experience in asset valuation, renovation coordination, repositioning for sale, new construction and residential investment, which allows me to offer comprehensive 360º advice focused on results. I speak Spanish (native) and English (intermediate level). On a personal level, I am a mother of three children and I especially value spending time with my family, sharing experiences together and enjoying moments with friends.
